Summary

Our client, a nationally recognised breakdown service provider, is seeking a skilled Roadside Technician for their night team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional looking to work independently, with the benefit of working close to home and earning a competitive salary as a Roadside Technician.

Benefits:

- Basic salary of £42,921 with an OTE of £53,000
- Work 40 hours per week, predominantly night shifts from 9pm to 6am
- No more than 1 in 2 weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule

Duties of the Roadside Technician (Nights):

- Attend to roadside breakdowns promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction as a Roadside Technician
- Use diagnostic equipment and your technical knowledge to identify the cause of faults
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and part replacements as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce future breakdowns
- Ensure vehicles are repaired quickly and safely to get customers back on the road
- Maintain high standards of work and attention to detail

Requirements:

- Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
- Practical experience working on various light vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Methodical approach to work with high standards of quality and attention to detail
