Job Description:
NRL are currently seeking experienced and safety-conscious Riggers to join one of our major clients on an Outage. The successful candidate will be responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using cranes and rigging gear. You will work closely with site teams to ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and inspect rigging equipment before use
- Safely attach loads to cranes and lifting devices
- Guide crane operators during lifting operations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Rigger
- Candidates must hold valid CTC Security Clearance
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plant Operations (Rigging/Lifting) or equivalent qualification
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card (with appropriate rigging category)
- Slinger/Signaller certification preferred
- Strong understanding of lifting procedures and safety standards (e.g. LOLER regulations)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
