Are you a technically driven Surveyor looking to secure a senior-focused role within a premier UK consultancy? Operating from a high-growth Manchester unit, you will join an established national specialist known for delivering high quality utility, land, and site engineering solutions across the UK’s most significant infrastructure and major construction developments.
The Opportunity This role offers a sophisticated balance of high-end field data capture and office-based analytical processing. As a Utility Surveyor, you will work independently on diverse projects, ranging from niche site investigations to large-scale urban developments. Beyond the technical remit, you will act as a regional mentor—leveraging your expertise to develop the next generation of Trainee and Junior Surveyors through structured on-site and office-based guidance.
Technical Essentials We are seeking a professional with a "quality-first" mindset and a background in high-precision engineering surveys:
- Detection & Mapping: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience independently delivering complex utility and CCTV surveys.
- Instrumentation: Advanced proficiency with GPS control networks, Total Stations, and traversing methodologies.
- Data Processing: Proven competence in processing raw survey data and producing high-standard CAD outputs.
- Compliance: Expert understanding of Health & Safety within the Civils and Construction sectors, including dynamic risk assessments.
- Logistics: Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to commute to the Manchester office.
