We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Business to join our large, supportive faculty team. You will primarily teach BTEC Level 2 and Level 3 Business, with the option to contribute to A-Level Economics and/or A-Level Business. This role offers the chance to work within a collaborative department that values innovation, high standards and a shared commitment to maximising student achievement.

In this role, you will organise and deliver engaging learning experiences, prepare effective schemes of work and lesson plans, and carry out fair and consistent assessment in line with awarding body requirements. You will contribute to curriculum development, maintain accurate course documentation, and play an active part in team meetings, events, and the wider life of the centre. Supporting learners’ progress, liaising with colleagues and external partners, and engaging fully in professional development are central to the position.

We are looking for a reflective and motivated teacher with strong communication skills, a passion for student success and the ability to work effectively under pressure within a dynamic team. Teaching experience and the ability to deliver at least one specialist subject at Level 2, Level 3 or A-Level are essential, supported by a relevant teaching qualification.
