The successful candidate will:
• Lead on staff deployment, including timetables, rotas and daily organisation.
• Lead a phase within the school
• Work alongside the Headteacher and senior leaders to drive school improvement
• Take strategic responsibility for a key area
• Deputise for the Headteacher when required
• Be part of the safeguarding team
You will play a central role in shaping the direction of the school and ensuring the very highest standards for all pupils.
