Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year–Permanent
• Salary:£32,205- £36,084per annum(dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to lead our Quality and Compliance Team, ensuring full compliance across all ESFA funded programmes.

In this role, you will maintain expert knowledge of government funding rules and audit requirements, leading preparations for external audits and ensuring all documentation and processes meet regulatory standards.

You will work closely with the Business Development and delivery teams to improve the capture and management of learner and employer data, carrying out regular sampling, internal audits and compliance checks. You will also support Quality Assurance Panels to ensure on-programme compliance and review documentation relating to learner changes or leavers where required.

The role includes supporting the Head of Quality Improvement and Compliance in driving quality assurance and improvement initiatives, as well as leading the development and maintenance of departmental processes and procedures. You will also create training materials to support staff in understanding quality and compliance requirements.

You will regularly use data management systems and coordinate closely with the central data team to ensure accurate reporting for government funding and monitoring returns, meeting all required deadlines.

Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and promote the College’s values across Employer Engagement.
