• Salary: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)
• Actual Salary: £18,298 - £18,882 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to support high-quality early years education. You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn and develop through play and structured activities.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant qualification and have current, relevant EYFS experience. You will support learning across all areas of the EYFS, especially communication, language, literacy, and numeracy, working with individuals and small groups while promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. You will also assist with observations, classroom organisation, and daily routines, including supporting children’s personal needs. You will need to promote a love of learning in the outdoor classroom as the children spend a vast majority of time transferring their skills here, whatever the weather.
