Summary

Field Care Supervisor – Beccles

Home Support Matters – Beccles Branch
Full-time | £25,974 per annum | 37.5 hours/week

Home Support Matters is looking for a committed and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our Beccles team. This is a rewarding role supporting our care teams and ensuring our Supported Living customers receive safe, high‑quality, and person‑centred care.

What you’ll do

• Oversee customer care through assessment, care and support planning, reviews, and quality assurance
• Carry out field supervisions, competency checks and support care staff in their roles
• Ensure all care plans, risk assessments and medication records are accurate, compliant, and up to date
• Monitor care delivery standards and support performance management when required
• Liaise with health and social care professionals to meet changing customer needs
• Complete incident reporting, audits, and documentation to CQC and organisational standards
• Provide hands‑on care when necessary and contribute to the on‑call rota
• Support continuous improvement in care quality across the service

About you

Essential:

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards Level 3/4)
• Minimum 2 years’ community care experience
• Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
• Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• Supervisory or people management experience
• Experience working within a regulated environment
