Summary

Housing Income Assistant

£12,791 - £12,994 per annum

Up to 12 month fixed term contract to cover Maternity Leave

18 .5 hours per week (Wednesday to Friday)

We are looking for an enthusiastic/ empathetic person to join our Housing Income team to cover maternity leave for approximately 12 months. Your role is vital in offering support to the team as you will act as a primary contact for customers and colleagues with regards tenancy charges and ensuring customers are aware of the various payment methods available to them, including the support that the team can offer. Your primary role will be supporting the team with Income Maximisation, setting up and collecting direct debit payments, processing various other rent payments onto accounts.

You will be working in a team of ten who are very supportive of each other. There is flexible working with generous holidays and employer contribution pension scheme. Once established in the role, hybrid working will be available.
