The Team

The team consists of 4 part-time receptionists, who are also supported by the wider Front of House team (Porters and Campus Services Assistants)

The Role

The role is 20 hours per week worked Monday to Friday mornings. The key purpose of the role is to provide a reception and telephone service for the University. This will include dealing with staff, student and visitor queries in person, on the telephone and via email. The team also provide some basic administrative support to other teams within the Estates Directorate.

Key Skills and Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working in a similar front facing role
General IT skills
Switchboard experience would be desirable but full training will be given.
Able to work as part of a team
