Job Summary:
Nurse at Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Care Assistant, your duties will include;
Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Supporting clients with daily living activities and maintaining independence
Preparing meals and assisting with feeding and nutrition
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Performing light household duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping)
Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and wellbeing
Supporting clients to attend appointments or social activities
Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are:
Caring, compassionate, and patient
Reliable and trustworthy
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
Flexible with working hours
Desirable (not essential):
Previous experience in care or support work
NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Full training can be provided for the right candidate.
