Summary
Please Note: This Role is Fixed Term for between 9 to 12 Months (Family Leave Cover).
Your Role in Action – Key Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret, process, and validate supplier and linguist invoices, ensuring they are completed correctly and within agreed timescales
- Maintain strong and effective communication channels with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries promptly and professionally
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly financial reports to support operational and management requirements
- Complete finance-related activities and ad hoc tasks requested by clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring service level expectations are met
- Ensure payments to linguists and suppliers are processed accurately and on time, in line with contractual terms and internal controls
- Monitor and manage inbound emails from suppliers, responding to queries related to:
- Costs, variances, and fee disputes
- Invoice queries, discrepancies, and payment status
As your experience and confidence grow in the role, you will be supported to:
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new Finance team members, sharing knowledge and best practice
- Work collaboratively with the wider Finance team across different functions to support project work, month-end activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and process development
- Develop a broader understanding of finance operations within the organisation, supporting future career progression

It would be advantageous if you have:
- Previous customer service experience, with the ability to manage queries professionally and constructively
- Experience in a finance, billing, or administrative role
- Exposure to the language services sector or a similar fast-paced, client-focused environment
