An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Veterinary Surgeon to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art 24-hour veterinary hospital in Northamptonshire. This role is ideal for a Vet who has completed their VetGDP, enjoys client interaction, and is confident working in a sole charge position—all while benefiting from a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Role – Veterinary Surgeon Job in Northamptonshire
This forward-thinking practice is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon who is eager to deliver exceptional clinical care while building strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering high-quality veterinary care to small animals
• Working confidently in a sole charge Vet role
• Building strong client relationships and providing excellent communication
• Collaborating with a close-knit team of 3 colleagues
• Contributing to a positive, patient-focused practice culture
Working Hours:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday (No weekends, No OOH!)
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
This role offers an excellent work-life balance, making it ideal for vets seeking a weekday-only position.
Salary:
• £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
