Summary
Working Foreman – Builder’s Clean
Location: Uxbridge, Greater London
Rate: £180/day
Hours: Mon–Fri, 10h shift (9.5h paid)
Duration: 3 weeks
Role: Hands-on supervisor for a team of 6 cleaning labourers. You’ll work alongside the team to complete Builder’s Clean tasks across Cat B areas, ensuring debris, dust, and residues are removed and areas are snag-ready.
Key Duties:
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6 labourers
- Complete cleaning tasks: floors, toilets/welfare, glazing, doors, stairs, ceilings, walls, plant/roof areas
- Ensure work meets Builder’s Clean standards and site safety
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality
Requirements:
- Experience supervising cleaning/labour teams on construction sites
- Hands-on approach, willing to work alongside the team
- Knowledge of Builder’s Clean or construction cleaning standards
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
