Summary
TeacherActive is delighted to be working in partnership with well-established private day nurseries in Sheffield, currently seeking a talented Nursery Practitioner to join their welcoming and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a nurturing setting that places strong emphasis on child engagement through creativity and exploration.
The nurseries offer thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor learning environments, carefully tailored to suit different age groups. Children are encouraged to explore, develop and challenge themselves through a wide range of sensory-rich activities, all within a safe, supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:
• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• A positive, proactive ‘can-do’ attitude with a willingness to contribute fully to nursery life
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic working environment
• Formal childcare experience (essential)
