Summary
To ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all diagnostic procedures, maintaining patient records in line with Trust and departmental standards. To provide guidance and support to patients regarding cardiac procedures, addressing questions and concerns to ensure understanding and compliance. To liaise with other healthcare professionals to communicate patient results, escalating any abnormal findings promptly to senior staff. To participate in audit and quality improvement activities to ensure high standards of patient care and service efficiency. To maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac assessment protocols, equipment usage, and safety regulations through continuous professional development. To contribute to the planning and organisation of workload, prioritising patient care and diagnostic procedures effectively across the department.
