Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing and professionally leading the nursing team as a key member of the multidisciplinary workforce.The directly delivery and co-ordination of patient care; ensuring that the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of that care is of a high standard, encompassing the Trust vision of best care for everyoneEnsuring that Trust local policies and procedures are known and adhered to and will ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
