Summary

Supporting the Fundraising Manager in delivering Teesside Minds fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with thewider brand and marketing objectives Acting as the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries, providing excellent donor care and stewardship Building and maintaining strong relationships with community groups, individuals, and volunteers to support their fundraising efforts Delivering an exceptional supporter experience through various communication channels including phone, email, social media, written correspondence, and face-to-face meetings Supporting the delivery of our schoolsprogramme events such as Mental Elf and Colour Runs when needed Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to maximise fundraising impact and ensure consistent messaging Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the SRM system, maintaining records of fundraising activity, volunteers, and supporter interactions Adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements, including the Fundraising Regulators Code of Practice and internal policies and procedures This job description is a guide and not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities the postholder may have over time.
