Summary

Key Relationships To operate effectively in a highly political and sensitive environment. To build strong, system relationships to support system / organisational improvements that improve outcomes System programmes that focus on children and young people including: Beyond, MH Programme, ODNs, PICC, SIC, Neo-natal Communicates and provides highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. (verbal, written and numerical) Present highly complex information about projects, initiatives and services to a wide range of stakeholders in formal and informal settings Commit to working and engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of contentious issues. Support matrix working internally and collaborative working across organisations. To develop collaborative system relationships and networks across the region with a wide range of stakeholders. Operational As a senior lead working internally and externally to identify areas for focus and deliver projects, initiatives and services to time and in a cost-effective way. To identify and share best practice to support service improvement. To operate effectively in a highly political and sensitive environment. Identify, initiate and support the portfolio of programmes/projects in demonstrating value for money tracking, managing and delivering agreed benefits. Provide highly specialist advice and prepare strategic reports and briefings for directors and stakeholders. To escalate issues of operational concern via the Paediatric Alliance (e.g. when gold / silver command needs to be initiated) Promoting equality and reducing inequalities To uphold organisational policies and principles on the promotion of equality To create an inclusive working environment where diversity is valued, everyone can contribute, and everyday action ensure we meet our duty to uphold and promote equality.
