What you’ll be doing:
Leading and managing day-to-day warehouse operations on shift
Overseeing the safe and efficient use of MHE and forklifts
Managing, coaching, and developing a team of warehouse colleagues
Planning labour and resources to meet operational demands
Driving performance against KPIs, service levels, and productivity targets
Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times
Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
Experience in a supervisory or shift management role within logistics or warehousing
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good understanding of warehouse operations, MHE, and safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is desirable
