Summary
Care Support Worker
Area: Plymouth PL9
Salary: Days £13.50, Waking Nights £14.00, Bank holidays £20.25
Hours: 8am-8pm & 8pm- 8am
We are looking for a Care Support Worker for a young man who lives at home with his family, he has Autism ,Cystic Fibrosis and diabetes, he loves being out in the community, cartoons, swimming and music, he would like someone who also has a love of these activities

Kind, reliable, and respectful of professional boundaries
Experience in care work or a willingness to learn
Full UK driving licence
To work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible, loyal, & trustworthy
Good time management & brilliant communicator
Key Responsibilities:
Support with personal care including washing, dressing & bathing
PEG feeding
Medication management
Insulin management
Sensory Play
Going on outings and day trips
Light Housekeeping
Nutrition & hydration management
Client monitoring
Clinical interventions as required , full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
