We are currently recruiting Multi-Trade Carpenters on behalf of our client based in Kensington & Chelsea.
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Carpenter to join the Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work alongside a range of general maintenance and multi-trade tasks across residential and/or commercial properties.
This role requires a proactive individual with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities of Multi-Trade Carpenter:
Carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance, including doors, windows, kitchens, flooring, and general structural work
Undertake multi-trade duties such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating as required
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and organisational policies
Use and maintain provided equipment including PDA, van, and tools responsibly
Complete job reports and updates using the PDA system
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties
Work independently and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
Requirements of Multi-Trade Carpenter:
NVQ Level 2 (minimum) in Carpentry or a related trade
Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Carpenter within Facilities Management or a similar environment
Strong experience in carrying out multiple trades alongside carpentry
Experience working in Social Housing (SH) or similar settings
Full clean UK driving licence
