Salary: £39,500–£42,000
Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week onsite. Fully remote working is not available.
Monday–Friday only. No shift work.
Full-time and part-time options available.
NMC registration as RGN, RMN or RNLD required, with at least one year post-registration experience.
Right to Work in the UK required. Sponsorship is not available.

Conduct functional assessments
Assess daily living and mobility impact
Review medical evidence
Produce clear written reports
Follow defined assessment frameworks

What you’ll need

NMC registration
One year post-registration experience
Adult nursing background
Report writing ability
IT confidence
