Summary
Maintenance Manager required in Perth!
Blueprint require a technical manager, specialising in mechanical aspects to join our clients team based near Perth
* £24.31ph PAYE *
* Long-term role to go permanent *
* Based primarily in one location - minimal travel *
The correct candidate will have:
- A recognised apprenticeship (and achieved at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Has a relevant Trade qualification.
- A UK Drivers License
- Experience as a people manager and managing performance and conduct. Coaching and upskilling etc.
- Ability to use IT systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Able to use CMMS, BMS (Trend), environmental /ecologic controls as recording, reporting and management tools, boiler controls.
- Competent in managing assigned budget if applicable or takes responsibility for approving expenditure up to designated authority spending levels. Competent in identifying procurement requirements for the team.
