About the Role
This is more than a teaching role, it's an opportunity to make a lasting difference to children who need it most.
As an SEMH Teacher within the Specialist Resource Provision, you will:
- Deliver engaging, tailored learning that meets the needs of pupils with SEMH and SEND
- Create a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and understood
- Support pupils' academic progress alongside their emotional wellbeing, communication, and independence
- Use creative, practical, and multi-sensory approaches to bring learning to life
- Work closely with teaching assistants, the SENDCo, and external professionals to provide holistic support
- Play a key role in helping pupils reintegrate into mainstream learning where appropriate

- Holds QTS and has experience in primary or early years education
- Has experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly SEMH

- Is committed to inclusive practice and continuous improvement
