Teaching Personnel are working with a Primary School in Morecambe (LA4) who are seeking to appoint a full‑time EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP. The position will continue until the end of the academic year, and the right candidate may be offered a school‑based contract.

This position involves providing one‑on‑one support to a child in the Early Years Foundation Stage, assisting them in accessing learning, developing social and communication skills, and engaging in EYFS‑based activities. The school is actively looking for someone with a strong understanding of early childhood development who is kind, patient, and reliable. The senior leadership team, SENCO, and the class teacher will provide ongoing support. Although the role is primarily classroom‑based, the child receives individualised interventions, for which planning and guidance will be provided.
