We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • A passion for food and a willingness to learn
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and independently
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends

The Role:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of taste and presentation
  • Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section and ensure no cross contamination
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Contribute ideas to menu development and daily specials
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets
