We are recruiting for 2 bank positions-
1: Wake or Sleep Nights
2: Day shifts (mixture of shifts available)
We are recruiting for bank care assistants to join our team, who are able to provide support to our clients living in the below areas:
Sholing
Totton
Blackfield (New Forest)
Christchurch (Dorset)
Ideally you will have experience of providing community based support to clients with complex support requirements, within their own homes.
Your experience as a care assistant
The ideal candidate will have experience in a health and social care role and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience working with cerebral palsy, spinal injuries, brain injury, tracheostomy, diabetes management or PEG would be beneficial.

Excellent rates of pay
7am – 10pm - £15ph
Sleep rate - £10ph (10pm-7am)
Bank Holidays - £22ph

Full permanent contract
Full training for the role and provision of all certificates
Previous complex care experience is preferential. Additional training and ongoing clinical support will be provided by our nurse-led management team.
