Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Woodhouse West Integrated Resource is a x10 place SEND Provision for children with Social, Communication and Interaction Needs. These are placed by the Local Authority and all have an EHCP with needs that require significant levels of provision. Children in our Integrated Resource access skilled, bespoke activities across the week, alongside planned time in their mainstream school classrooms.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and resilient teacher who has high expectations for all pupils, with extensive experience of working with and planning for children with significant Special Educational needs. The successful candidate will need to lead and guide a small team of staff of varying levels of experience to create a dynamic and cohesive team. They will also work alongside the SENDCO and other Senior Leaders to provide excellent quality teaching and learning, and care for all children, both those attending the IR and in the wider school.
