Summary
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fish husbandry role which involves the daily care and management of our salmon to ensure their health, welfare and optimal living conditions. The Marine Technician role is crucial to our success in ensuring the best management of our superior quality Scottish salmon.
Our technicians cover all aspects of farm work including, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of fish health and welfare
- Boat handling
- General farm tasks
- Routine feeding
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are team players, proactive in health and safety and who pride themselves in delivering to a high standard. The technician role is rewarding and can lead to various career progression opportunities.
Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided however applicants must be able to achieve and attain an ML5.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
