What you will do
. Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone, email and live chat
. Guide customers on fabric choices, quantities and product options
. Process orders, sample requests and made to measure enquiries
. Keep customers updated on order progress and delivery times
. Liaise with suppliers to chase orders and resolve queries
. Work closely with courier services to manage deliveries
. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism
. Ensure all systems, processes and payments are handled accurately
. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high service levels
. Support sales opportunities and contribute to overall team performance
