Workforce, Education and Training Coordinator

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working


We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Workforce, Education and Training Coordinator. This role is essential in supporting the effective coordination and delivery of workforce activities, staff training, education programmes, and E-Roster Management for the department. The ability to identify issues and the confidence to propose workable solutions will be essential skills for the successful candidate.

You will play a key role in ensuring the pharmacy e-Roster system runs smoothly, maintain staff training records accurately and provide high quality administrative support to the pharmacy education & training team.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, experience of how electronic rota systems work and an understanding of payroll systems.

Maintaining Workforce Systems

Manage the day-to-day processes and monitoring of Healthroster, ensuring staff hours and details are correct for payroll submissions


 Operational Duties

Ensure the smooth running of the Pharmacy Workforce, Education & Training (WE&T) functions and work with team colleagues to:

Devise and maintain an efficient and effective administration system for Pharmacy WE&T activities to ensure accurate records relating to staff mandatory training, courses and appraisals are kept and maintained.

Data Analysis and Key Performance Indicators

Provide monthly statistics to the Education and Training Lead Pharmacist which accurately describe the training activities of the team within and outside the department

Quality

To maintain staff confidentiality at all times when dealing with workforce and training issues
