Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Coordinator to join our team, taking on a pivotal role in the day-to-day coordination and supervision of our administrative function. As a key link between the People Strategy Team, HR colleagues, and managers across the organisation, you will oversee workloads, support team members, and ensure the smooth progression of Employee Relations processes, all while maintaining accurate systems, meeting critical deadlines, and driving continuous improvement in the way we work.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR administration, who has excellent customer service skills and a strong attention to detail.
A key aspect of the role will be providing operational oversight, supporting team members, and acting as a first point of escalation for Employee Relations (ER) administrative queries.
As HR Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and supervision of the Employee Relations administrative team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service.
You will work closely with HR colleagues and managers across the organisation, supporting the effective delivery of administrative processes and ensuring that records, systems, and documentation are maintained in line with organisational standards.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, who can build strong working relationships and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.
