About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll be working in a supported living house, helping people with learning disabilities and physical needs to build confidence, maintain independence, and develop new skills.

Your day may include supporting individuals with:

️ Planning and preparing meals
Keeping their home clean, safe, and comfortable
Medication support (where required)
Personal care
Updating support plans and risk assessments
Accessing community activities, hobbies, and social events

You’ll be part of a committed, friendly team who work collaboratively to make each day meaningful for the people we support.


Shift Details

This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility for shift work is essential. Shifts may include:


Days
Evenings
Weekends
Sleepovers (as required by the service)


A driver is desirable, but not essential — what matters most is your positive attitude and reliability.

All offers are subject to an enhanced Adult DBS check.
