(Y)Our Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive EYFS practitioner to join our supportive and collaborative team, across
our nursery and reception classes. You will encourage our children to be unique, foster their curiosity and support them on a
journey of discovery enabling them to be inquisitive and confident learners.

As an EYFS practitioner you’ll immerse yourself with our stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage and engage in learning through
creative play. The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however, the ability to sing out of tune in front of children is
essential.
You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team of practitioners and teachers. It’s not necessarily the
length of your experience as an EYFS practitioner that we’re most interested in, it’s your passion and commitment to our mission,
ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.
The ideal EYFS practitioner will be someone who is:
* A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Committed to helping develop an exciting and nurturing learning environment with indoor and outdoor activities
* Passionate about education and has the ability to plan for children's development
* Able to observe and plan activities for children in a small group
* Able to write accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of the child
