• Designing and delivering tailored, differentiated lessons for a range of complex SEN needs
• Collaborating with expert therapists, HLTAs, and family support teams
• Using advanced assistive technology and resources to maximise engagement
• Tracking, analysing and reporting student progress against EHCP targets
• Driving student voice and participation, creating personalised success pathways
• Leading interventions in line with best-practice SEND pedagogy
