What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group SEN interventions across key stages
• Collaborating with teachers to adapt and differentiate classroom content
• Supporting EHCP goals, behaviour plans, and positive routines
• Tracking student progress; feeding into review and support meetings
• Providing emotional and pastoral support, modelling positive relationships
