Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies for diverse projects across Residential and Commercial.
• Conduct BREEAM assessments across certification types (New Construction, In-Use, Refurbishment & Fit Out.)
• Analyze and report on embodied carbon using One Click LCA.
• Advise on energy performance and SAP calculations for building efficiency.
• Collaborate with wider MEP teams to integrate sustainable solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainable practices.
Key Requirements:
• 3-4 Years Experience within a Consultancy within the construction industry.
• Expertise in BREEAM, with a strong track record in conducting assessments and report writing.
• Proficiency in carbon analysis, NetZero and LCA methodologies.
• Solid understanding of SAP and its application in energy performance.
