The Role
• Reactive maintenance
• Planned works
• Fault finding

• Leak investigations
• HIU works
• Cylinder repairs/replacements
• General maintenance across both domestic properties and communal systems
• Working across residential and commercial properties
Requirements
Essential
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• A professional and reliable approach
Desirable
• City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (Level 3 preferred)
