Summary
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a brand-new business website. Working in our Morecambe office, you will form part of the company’s IT Team and report to the IT Manager and Assistant IT Manager.
You will be expected to:
• Liaise with the marketing team to plan and implement website requirements
• Have a keen eye for detail and ability to visually match development to design
• Develop quickly and at a high quality
• Develop a responsive and fast website to the latest standards
• Be able to work primarily independently as well as part of a team
You will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as experience of the following :
• PHP
o Sessions
o Login and authentication systems
o Connecting to database backend
• MySQL or other database systems
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• JSON
Experience with API Implementations/integrations may be advantageous and experience with vanilla PHP may be beneficial as maintaining legacy products may be required.
