More detail about the role We are seeking a committed, flexible, and hardworking Registered Nurse with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent organisational abilities and confidence to use their own initiative Experience in acute surgical or acute medical nursing within an acute hospital setting Wound management experience A professional, patientfocused approach and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team Our ENT Outpatient service runs a broad range of specialist clinics, including: Head & Neck Radiology and Cytology Voice Clinics Microsuction Emergency Treatment Clinics Biopsy Clinics Audiology Procedural Laser Clinics In this role, you will: Provide highquality, seamless care to patients attending ENT clinics Assist with procedural clinics Operate the laser safely (training provided) Handle endoscopes in accordance with manufacturer guidance and trust policy Coordinate the outpatient department in the absence of the charge nurse Support colleagues in delivering an efficient and patientfocused service We offer a warm, supportive working environment and are committed to encourage further professional development. Working Pattern: This post is parttime at 18 hours per week. Shifts are rostered Monday to Friday between 08:0018:00 to support service needs.
