Maintenance Person required to work at Care Home in Brierfield . Day to day maintenance involves , weekly H&S checks , and general DIY around the building. Having a trade skill i.e joinery , plumbing , electrical , is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
