Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established, clinically skilled Psychological Services team working with a primarily violent complex prisoner cohort at HMP Long Lartin (Category A, part of the Long Term & High Security Estate). As a member of the psychology team, you will contribute to a range of wider psychology work within the establishment, specifically consultancy to support the clinical input into the segregation unit and the assessment and intervention work for those convicted under the Terrorism Act as part of the Counter Terrorism Strategy. There will be opportunities to provide reflective practice to the wider service and undertaking designated supervision of trainee forensic psychologists. The role offers excellent professional support, CPD and links to Directorate level clinical networks.
