Summary

We’re looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join us at Tyntesfield.

If you’re brilliant at organisation and creating order, and you love working with people, upholding high standards in service and presentation, then this could be the role for you.

Salary: £14.16 per hour

Contract: Fixed term contract until 04-Sep-2026

Hours/ working pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Interview date: 17th April 2026

The 70-strong team at this spectacular Victorian gothic house have ambitious plans for growth over the next few years. Tyntesfield’s excellent location just outside of Bristol means there is great scope to develop the visitor experience to this vast estate, and the team are encouraged to be forward thinking and creative in their approach. What you'll be doing
This is a busy place, there’s a lot going on and you’ll find that no two days are the same.

Generally, you’ll be supporting day-to-day operations, and being the first person that people see when they come into the office. Your advice and experience will be sought after by others beyond the office team.

You’ll be a champion of best practice when it comes to business support, and will confidently challenge the status quo when you think there’s a better way of doing something.

You may be asked to work weekends and bank holidays, to work outside sometimes, and to support and sometimes travel to other National Trust sites.

Who we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you’re: 

experienced in giving business support, along with responsibility for facilities or office supervision
good at communicating, both in writing and speaking
able to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
flexible and focused on people
happy to multi-task and manage your own priorities and workload
