A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a genuinely independent, friendly practice located just outside Sheffield. Set within a beautifully converted and refurbished stable block, this unique clinic offers an idyllic working environment that perfectly blends charm with cutting edge veterinary care!
Proudly independent, the practice delivers a personal, traditional service to its loyal client base while embracing the very latest advancements in veterinary medicine. With three accredited sites (including PSS, Cat Friendly, and Dog Friendly status), the team is committed to providing exceptional standards of care across a wide and varied caseload.
The facilities are truly impressive, featuring a brand new theatre suite with four operating tables, dedicated prep and recovery areas, a modern dental suite with dental X-ray, and advanced diagnostic tools including digital radiography, colour Doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, ECG, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory. Additional services such as an in-house physiotherapist, nutritionist, and groomers further enhance the level of care provided.
This is a highly supportive environment with a strong track record of developing veterinary talent, including new graduates. With two Vet GDP advisers on-site and a team that includes certificate holders in both medicine and surgery, you’ll be surrounded by experience, mentorship, and encouragement to grow your skills and confidence.
