Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual to join our team at Charlotte Straker House.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with the Activities Coordinator and Fundraising & Marketing Manager to support engaging resident activities, alongside providing administrative support for fundraising, events, and community initiatives.
You will support the planning and delivery of a varied programme of activities for residents, helping to create an engaging and inclusive environment. This includes maintaining activity schedules, coordinating external providers, assisting with community trips, and encouraging participation. You will also work closely with care staff to ensure activities are integrated into daily routines and contribute to residents’ wellbeing.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to fundraising and marketing activities, including assisting with events, preparing promotional materials, and gathering content such as photos and stories in line with GDPR requirements. The role also involves supporting event organisation, maintaining basic records, and contributing to wider community engagement initiatives.
