Summary
Support worker / carer required to join an established multidisciplinary team within a private home. The role will be providing care and companionship, to a young man who has complex disabilities and medical needs. The successful candidate should be willing to undertake training specific to the post and work collaboratively with a highly skilled team.
The post requires excellent advocacy skills and aptitude to learn, combined with effective communication and pragmatic approach to tasks.
Full professional training given.
