Summary

I am looking for a calm, patient, and reliable Personal Assistant to support me in both my home life and in accessing my local community.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live independently and make the most of their day-to-day life.
About the Role
You will support me to get out and about, helping me access local amenities and activities within the community. This may include visits to the high street, attending groups, or taking part in hobbies and social opportunities. Occasionally, we may also plan trips further afield.
At home, you will assist me in organising my living space, establishing routines, and supporting with light domestic tasks. I also enjoy spending time in the garden, so an interest in gardening or outdoor activities would be a real bonus.
About You
I am looking for someone who is:
• Calm, patient, and understanding
• Friendly and supportive, with a positive attitude
• Organised and proactive
• Happy to assist with light household tasks
• Interested in community activities and ideally enjoys gardening
• Having a transferable DBS would be advantageous

Wages will be paid in arrears on a 4 weekly basis once a valid National Insurance (NI) number has been provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK and your employer will conduct document checks prior to commencement.
You will receive the appropriate annual leave entitlement as well as all other statutory entitlements, details of which will be set out in your contract of employment. You will also be issued with a Personal Assistants Handbook when your employment commences.
You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training identified as relevant to this post. The cost of mandatory training will be met through the direct payment. Failure to attend mandatory training may result in your employment offer being withdrawn.
