Summary

Are you someone who enjoys supporting the smooth running of busy services and helping colleagues work efficiently? Do you like being part of a team that keeps operations organised and ensures staff and students have what they need to succeed?

In this role, you will support the day today operations of Education Services by managing a varied mix of administrative and practical tasks. You will respond to enquiries from staff and students, provide clear information based on established procedures, and ensure issues are followed up promptly.

About you
You will be a motivated, flexible and well organised person who enjoys supporting others and helping complex work run smoothly. You will bring experience of providing administrative support in a professional office or higher education environment.

You communicate clearly and professionally, responding to enquiries and sharing information with colleagues across Education Services and wider University teams. You work collaboratively and remain well organised, managing tasks, records and meeting administration efficiently while adapting to changing priorities. You use Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Office confidently to maintain information, support processes and produce simple reports when required.

This role is based on campus for all your time.

Interviews are scheduled to take place at our Frenchay Campus in the week beginning 13 April 2026.

This is a part-time, permanent post, working 15 hours per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This post is not available on a job share basis.
