Summary

14 hours per week (nightshift), two shifts 11pm-7am, 6 rest days, then two shifts 11pm-7am rotating across 365 days per year



We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advocate to join Sunderland City Councilandrsquo;s Customer Enabling Service, working within our 24/7 Telecare alarm-handling function.



Our Telecare team plays a vital role in supporting vulnerable residents across the city, responding to alarm activations and delivering a calm, reassuring and efficient service when it matters most. This is a rewarding role where you will make a real difference every day.



As part of our busy Customer Enabling Service, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our residents and customers, who are at the heart of everything we do.
